Gameplay Changes, New NPC, & Some Animation Improvements

So, lot's of little changes here again!
Player speed has been increased by ~1.15%, and platforming has been adjusted accordingly. Like the last update, you'll feel this one more than see anything immediately different. Doc Ninja has been added, and a couple of the collectibles have had major improvements to their animations.
